  • Additional unopened units may be eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Standard Return Policy

Products purchased directly from Medtrition that are not covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To start a return, email customerservice@medtrition.com with "Product Return" in the subject line. Our Customer Service team will review your request and respond within three business days with return instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued after returned products are received and inspected.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
